Bombay Sapphire’s immersive drinking and dining event The Grand Journey is back for 2017 and this time Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers is on board. Jump aboard the Laverstoke Express for a journey around the world, from Java to Tuscany, and explore the locations of each of the ten botanicals that go into Bombay Sapphire gin. As well as drinking infused cocktails based on these ingredients, you’ll also be treated to dishes from Tom Sellers that are designed to complement the drinks and really celebrate the botanical flavours. Don’t miss the train though as it’s not going to be around for long!
