Gourmet doughnut makers Longboys are launching their flagship site this month, and they’re gonna be celebrating with some special offers. Brought to you by critically acclaimed pastry chefs graham Hornigld and Heather Kaniuk, Longbouys specialise in high-end finger doughnuts (an Éclair-doughnut hybrid) which are made with a light brioche base that’s freshly hand-rolled every day and then filled with competes, fillings, glazes and toppings.
Now, those Longboys are getting a permanent home in Coal Drops Yard after having operated there as a pop-up for two years. The new location will be jam-packed with all those faves we’ve come to long, including raspberry rose lychee, lemon meringue pie and triple chocolate brownie.
