Outdoor oven specialists Gozney are heading out on the road again with another world tour of supper clubs this summer, starting in the US and making a stop in London before shooting off to Berlin, Sydney and beyond. For the London edition of the supper club, Gozney will be bringing Brad Carter on board. The Michelin-starred chef behind Birmingham’s Carters will prepare a multi-course menu of vegetarian dishes cooked over live fire, inspired by locally grown herbs, flowers and produce. Tickets are priced at £75 and include a welcome drink and wine pairings. Plus, you’ll get a hands-on masterclass on how to nail the perfect pizza.
