He’s used goat on Great British Menu and at his Islington restaurant 12:51, and now James Cochran is opening a street food stall dedicated to the meat at Boxpark Croydon. At GOAT you can get barbecue Jamaican jerk spiced shoulder of goat (with meat supplied by Cabrito) or jerk spiced cauliflower in a flatbread, topped with scotch bonnet jam, tamarind yoghurt, mango & lime salsa, ginger beer pickled onions, corn nuts and crispy shallots.
It’s the first perm spot for the concept, which first trading at Lewisham’s Model Market, and we don’t think it’ll be the last.
