Summer has officially arrived in the City as Pan Pacific London’s Terrace On The Plaza has opened
Pan Pacific London has teamed up with St-Germain and transformed its outdoor plaza into the hottest spot for seafood, spritz and sunshine in the City. Pick a spot surrounded by plants to sit back and sip on signature St-Germain serves, including the St-Germain Spritz (made with St-Germain, prosecco, soda & lemon) and the St-Germain Hugo (made with fresh mint, soda, lime, prosecco & St-Germain), with Espresso Martinis and Palomas also available on tap.
Nothing goes with a cold spritz better than fresh seafood, and the Terrace On The Plaza has you well covered on that front, with an Asian-inspired menu featuring dishes like:
- tuna ceviche with edamame, radish, wasabi mayo & ponzu sauce
- quinoa citrus salad
- salmon poke bowl
- prawn rojak salad with spicy shrimp, prawns, pineapple, mooli, cucumber & peanuts
- lemongrass steamed mussels
- Boston lobster roll
- raspberry & chilli, apple wasabi and sesame ice cream
