Go for a Festive Feast at Farang

Farang is one of our fave Thai spots in town and this winter, Sebby Holmes is offering a great alternative to all the turkey and stuffing-laden festive menus with his winter feasting menu. It includes dishes like smoked mackerel miang bites with sour fruits, peanuts, ginger and lime in a betel leaf; crispy chicken bites with fish sauce glaze, burnt chilli sauce and lime; whole crispy seabass with red nahm yum dressing, ginger, crispy shallots and roasted rice; slow-braised beef short ribs with penang curry, pickled ginger and toasted peanuts; and foraged apple sticky toffee pudding with tamarind and coconut caramel sauce.

The menu costs £80 a head, or £115 with a Passione Vino wine pairing, and it’s ideal for celebrating the holidays with a bit of spice.
