Whisky fans listen up next Tuesday Glenfiddich are setting up shop at The Garrison in Bermondsey as part of the Speak On: Adventure Talks and Whisky Tasting and Nosing Masterclasses. The events feature talks from interesting people and in the case of The Garrison this is Inge Solheim the polar explorer who lead a group of wounded servicemen and Prince Harry on an expedition to the North Pole.
: Inge Solheim will be joined by: Ed Farelly is heralded as a leader in the next generation of explorers, the variety of his expeditions is impressive, even more so when you consider he is still in his early twenties.
Tuesday 27th November from 7pm: Inge Solheim the polar explorer lead a group of wounded servicemen and Prince Harry on an expedition to the North Pole. Speaking in York on Wednesday 28th at the Royal York Hotel from 7pm: Inge Solheim will be joined by: Ed Farelly is heralded as a leader in the next generation of explorers, the variety of his expeditions is impressive, even more so when you consider he is still in his early twenties. Between them they have climbed some of the worlds highest peaks, trekked the Arctic circle and Norwegian Fjords, rafted in the Grand Canyon and raced a car 10,000km across 16 countries. In the first of the new talks, Glenfiddich will treat attendees to a Whisky Tasting and Nosing session, experienced by adventurers from Walking With The Wounded when they set the World Record for the World’s Highest Whisky Tasting held on Mount Everest.
