names go, Girl Band is up there with the great and un-Google-able – and what’s more, they’re all blokes. Keeping us on our toes is a habit of the Dublin four piece, as they gather influences from here, there and everywhere to incorporate into their sound. A cover of techno bad boy Blawan? Why not. A heavy, fuzzed-out guitar jam? This way please. The latter refers to ‘Lawman’, their abrasive hello to the world.
