It’s been almost 14 years – let that sink in for a sec – since Friends ended and Deliveroo is marking the occasion by recreating Rachel’s famous meat trifle. Yes you can get the Meat & Sweet trifle, made with lady fingers, jam, custard, raspberries, beef sauteed with peas and onions, bananas and whipped cream exactly to Rachel’s recipe, delivered to your door. Big enough to feed eight (although whether eight people will actually want to eat it is another matter) the trifle comes in a recyclable dessert bowl and there’s even a veggie version available too. The trifle will go up for order at 9pm on Friday 4th May, the same time that Friends aired in the UK, but you can pre-order to ensure that you get one. Custard, good. Jam, good. Meat, good!
