You can get involved in a series of panel discussions hosted in the 100 Room, including ‘Gut Basics Combined with Navigating the New World’ with The Gut Stuff’s Lisa Macfarlane and Kristy Coleman on 4th October, and ‘Stress and Anxiety Combined with Sleep Routine’ with gut expert Dr Rabia and Lisa Macfarlane on 11th November. You can also explore green walking routes throughout the local area (keeping mobile is a key part of a healthy gut routine) and listen to exclusive podcasts on topics like stress and anxiety, sleep, and gut-brain axis from The Gut Stuff.
If you get a bit peckish in between all of that, you can sip on beetroot & ginger kombucha and strawberry & lemongrass kefir mocktails and tuck into a ‘Have a Gut Day’ Granola Pot, a ‘Have a Gut Life’ Bun with sauerkraut, cream cheese & tempeh, and a ‘Have a Gut Life’ toastie with roasted mushrooms & kimchi at the hotel’s Coffee Shop and Lobby Bar.
