Violet Cakes, the Hackney bakery led by Claire Ptak, and Yasmin Sewell’s Vyrao are teaming up to turn one of the brand’s signature scents, Free 00, into an edible experience. Like the fragrance, the Free 00 cake will feature citrusy summer flavours, including a mandarin sponge with Sicilian lemon curd, vanilla-neroli cream and a jasmine soak.
As well as both brands prioritising the use of the best natural ingredients, Claire was the first person to try Free 00 when Yasmin developed the fragrance, so it really is the perfect partnership. You can try the collab cake and the fragrance yourself for free on Sat 26th April, where travel-sized bottles of Free 00 and slices of cake will be handed out at Violet Cakes – just be quick as once they’re gone, they’re gone!
