Originally just occupying the first floor of 3 Henrietta Street in Covent Garden, Pivot, the modern British menu run by award-winning chef Mark Greenaway, has recently expanded to take over the ground floor of the townhouse as well. Where The Gentlemen Baristas was on the ground floor is now home to Pivot Bar, which is serving up coffee from TGB, beers, wines and cocktails, alongside British breakfast and brunch dishes, hearty sarnies, salads, pies, and bar snacks during the day, and pivots to a small plates menu in the evening.
The first floor part of Pivot is now a bistro, where the menu is stacked with wholesome British dishes made with seasonal produce, like Cumberland sausage with bubble & squeak and caramelised onion; pan-roasted seabass with Jersey Royals and a chive & butter sauce; and beef & bone marrow pie with shallots and red wine sauce.
