Sunday lunch with a twist this summer
Salt Yard Group, which has been showcasing Spanish and Italian tapas across its five London restaurants, is putting a Mediterranean twist on the Sunday roast. Running at Salt Yard Borough and Ember Yard in Soho, the Asado Domingo menu adds Spanish flavours and some live-fire action to the traditional roast.
Created by Ember Yard Head Chef Ricardo Pimentel, the sharing menu includes 35-day dry-aged Herefordshire sirloin, Josper-grilled corn-fed baby chicken, chistora-style chargrilled chorizo and Iberico pork meatballs. It’s not a roast without the trimmings and here they are seasonal greens, pan con tomate, red wine gravy, aioli and bravas sauce.
