Tapas Brindisa brings the best of Spain to London
Brindisa is known for providing some of the finest Spanish produce in the country and after starting out as a shop in Borough Market, the group has grown to include five tapas restaurants and a kitchen bar. The restaurants are spread across the city, with locations in Battersea, Richmond, Soho, London Bridge and South Kensington, each of them offering up a true slice of Spain and a bit of theatre with counter seating overlooking open kitchens.
As you’d expect, the Tapas Brindisa menus are bursting with top quality seasonal ingredients from across mainland Spain and its islands, with dishes like:
- Villarejo Manchego with Mallorcan unsmoked paprika & Arbequina olive oil
- deep-fried Riojan chorizo with orange blossom honey
- grilled Cornish hake with piquillo sauce and purple sprouting broccoli
