The two-time National Pizza Award winner has launched its biggest restaurant yet
After winning awards and fans for its Neapolitan pizzas in Waterloo and Earl’s Court, Crust Bros has headed central for site number three. Opened at the beginning of July, the Covent Garden branch of Crust Bros has space for 135 covers over two floors, and is serving up its signature charred leopard crusted pizzas, a new selection of side dishes, creative takes on the Negroni, and beers in frozen tankards.
At Crust Bros, you can personalise your pizza exactly how you like it, by choosing between a classic Neapolitan dough or a gluten-free base and then picking your preferred sauce, meat, cheese and veg options. If that’s too much choice for you, there’s also a Fave Pizzas menu that you can order from, which includes combos like:
- Straight Outta Hell – tomato, mozzarella, chicken, chillies, pepperoni & nduja
- Nonna’s Yard – tomato, mozzarella, caramelised onions, goat’s cheese, mushrooms & pesto drizzle
- Vegan Harlem Truffle – crema tartufata base, vegan mozzarella & mushrooms
And you won’t wanna skip the sides as the Covent Garden restaurant is doing a range of bombas (Italian enriched dough donuts), including lasagna, nduja and blue cheese ones, with Nutella, dulce de leche and lemon zabaglioni bombas on offer for dessert.
