Ellen Chew’s restaurant portfolio Chew On This includes Chinatown spots Rasa Sayang and Singapulah but there’s also somewhere you can try her food well past those restaurants’ closing time – 7th Cat Chinese Kitchen inside the Empire Casino in Leicester Square. Opened last year, 7th Cat Chinese Kitchen is all about serving up authentic Asian comfort food right on the gaming floor, meaning you can indulge without having to stray too far from the buzz of the blackjack and roulette tables.
The restaurant has just launched a new menu, which features Chinese classics like:
