Move over Thursday, Monday is about to become the new Friday
Originally an NYC hotspot, Llama Inn made the move across the pond last year, opening a new site on the 7th floor of The Hoxton, Shoreditch. Now, the Peruvian spot is extending its opening hours to include Mondays, meaning you can fill up on ceviche and pisco sours any day of the week.
The Peruvian spot is also launching a new rooftop space in time for the warmer weather, complete with sofas and banquette seating, fantastic views of the City skyline and plenty of sunshine thanks to its south-facing position. And, as we move into spring and summer, Llama Inn will be giving its menu a refresh, with new dishes set to include the likes of:
- Lamb empanada, olives, aji chimichurri
- Slow-cooked chicken skewer, shiso vinaigrette, aji verde
- Braised leeks, olive, aji gazpacho, yuzu
- Cod, yuca cream, snap peas, aji mirasol
- Grilled chicken, baby gem salad, aji crema
As for drinks, expect sharing jugs full of pisco sour, as well as new flavours of the classic cocktail such as guava and eucalyptus. But when the temps really start to rise, there’s nothing better than an iced cocktail slushie – in that case, Llama Inn’s Chiri Colada (made with rum, palo cortado sherry, chirimoya, pineapple, coconut, coffee bean) will really hit the spot.
