On top of all that, BAM Karaoke Box is launching a series of themed BAM Brunches running every Saturday. It’s kicking off on 15th June with a ‘House of Nell’ burlesque-themed extravaganza featuring live entertainment, with Pride, Britney, 90s, Kylie and hip-hop themed brunches all taking place across the summer. BAM’s Culinary Consultant Sabrina Gidda has created a Parisian-inspired menu, featuring dishes like croque madame with fennel salami and fried egg; croissant French toast with maple syrup, berries and crème Chantilly; and BAM hash with confit duck, crispy potatoes, poached egg and hollandaise.

And there are so many ways to get involved in the brunch, including:

• 90-minute free-flowing brunch with live entertainment, followed by 2 hours of karaoke from 12:30pm – 4pm
• 90-minute free-flowing brunch with live entertainment from 12:30pm – 2pm
• non free-flowing brunch with live entertainment, followed by karaoke
• non free-flowing brunch with live entertainment

So whether you want to take to the mic yourself after your bottomless brunch or you’d rather let the professionals do the performing, you can do it all at BAM.
