As well as a seasonal a la carte menu, Executive Chef Ollie Bass showcases the best day-boat catches on his daily market blackboard menu. He’s also created a stacked shellfish platter (designed to serve 2 – 3 people) featuring sustainable and native ingredients including Pembrokeshire lobster, Dorset crab, St Austell Bay mussels, hand-dived Orkney scallops and Maldon oysters.
