After running a kiosk in White City, the Taiwanese concept is heading east
Master Bao, the Taiwanese street food spot from the same team behind Mr Bao and Daddy Bao, has been such a hit in Westfield London that it’s travelling across town and opening inside the other Westfield in Stratford, complete with its own noodle room. All the Master Bao dishes that have been crowd pleasers over west – Taiwanese fried chicken, bao buns, fried rice and udon noodles – will be available in east London, plus some newbies exclusive to Stratford.
As well as new dishes like a hot chicken bao and beef noodle soup, the Stratford outpost of Master Bao will have its own bubble tea menu, with options including fruity peach tea and milk tea with brown sugar tapioca. And if you want something a little stronger during your shopping spree pit-stop, Master Bao also has its own custom house beer from Brick Brewery.
