The cookery school, led by chef Matteo, runs classes on everything from pasta to pizza to desserts, so you can learn how to make all your favourite dishes from scratch. If you really want to impress your friends and fam with some new-found cookery skills, the Menu Italiano class will teach you how to create a three-course Italian menu that’s perfect for a dinner party. The dishes include Sicilian bruschetta with tomatoes, aubergine & salted ricotta; tagliatelle with datterini tomato sauce & basil; and a classic Italian cake with dark chocolate & crushed almonds.
The class is suitable for all ability levels, so if you’re a total novice you’ll pick up a ton of new skills, and if you’re already comfortable on the pots and pans, you’ll learn some real Italian cookery secrets. Each recipe is broken down step-by-step, so there’ll be no kitchen disasters, and as well as getting to eat the fruits of your labour, you’ll leave with recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes again at home.

Our classes are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either: 1) Make a someone else attend on your behalf. 2) Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class ,to postpone it to another in the same month, depending on availability.
La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class and reserves the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the school needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the class.
