The cookery school, led by chef Matteo, runs classes on everything from pasta to pizza to desserts, so you can learn how to make a range of Italian dishes from scratch. Calling all pizza lovers, we’ve got the perfect class for you. This lesson will go back to basics so you can learn the art of the perfect authentic Italian pizza. You’ll whip up pizza fatta a mano – that’s handmade pizza dough – before moving onto the classic pizza margherita and the calzone a modo tuo, where you can choose your fave ingredients to put inside.
The class is suitable for all ability levels, so if you’re a total novice you’ll pick up a ton of new skills, and if you’re already comfortable at the stove, you’ll learn some proper pizza secrets. Both recipes will be broken down step-by-step, so there’ll be no kitchen disasters, and as well as getting to eat the fruits of your labour, you’ll leave with recipe cards so you can recreate the dishes again at home.

Our classes are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either: 1) Make a someone else attend on your behalf. 2) Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class to postpone it to another in the same month, depending on availability.
La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class and reserves the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the school needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the class.
