It’s the group’s tenth London pizzeria
Since it first opened back in 2016, Zia Lucia has won over Londoners with its unique variety of 48-hour, slow-fermented pizza doughs, including traditional, gluten-free, wholemeal and vegetable charcoal. In honour of the new Chelsea restaurant, the team have added a special-edition Aperol-infused dough, the first of its kind in the UK.
Once you’ve picked your base, you can choose topping combos like roasted aubergine and parmesan; burrata and spicy salami; friarielli and fresh sausage; gorgonzola, parmesan, ricotta, orange jam and mint leaves; and tomato and basil pesto sauce, beef tomatoes and ricotta stuffed crust. Zia Lucia isn’t just about the pizza though, with Puglian burrata, fresh baked focaccia, caprese salad, and homemade tiramisu also on the menu. And you can pair all of that with Zia Lucia’s own Birria Cabriolè, aperitivos and Italian wines.
