After feeding hungry brunchers in Southwark for the past 17 years, The Table co-owners Paul Appleton and Venus Loudon decided the time was right to branch out and has opened a second restaurant in Battersea. The new site has slotted right into the SW11 food scene, bringing the best of the original Table to the neighbourhood with a plethora of brunch options made using the best locally-sourced ingredients, including:
- Brunch Club Pancakes with bacon, Cumberland sausage, scrambled eggs, chives & maple syrup
- The Breakfast Stack with ham hock & chorizo baked beans, Cumberland sausage patty, two poached eggs & hollandaise sauce on a toasted bagel
- The Table Chicken Burger with fried chicken, smashed avo, lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion & homemade hot sauce
- Breakfast Bruschetta with sourdough toast, smashed avo & homemade Bloody Mary tomato compote
- Smoked Ham Hock & Chorizo Hash with wilted spinach, fried egg & Southwark hot sauce
The Battersea restaurant runs an evening menu featuring sharing plates like rosemary & cherry tomato focaccia, baba ganoush, pan con tomate with serrano ham, griddled halloumi with mint & olive oil, sliders, and cheese, charcuterie and mezze boards, so it really does have you covered for day and night.
