We think not and neither does The Hoxton, Shoreditch, which is why the hotel is putting on the weekly LAYERS night, serving lasagne in the lobby every Wednesday evening. Whether you can’t be bothered to cook, you wanna get cosy by the fire, you wanna start the weekend vibes nice and early or you just really, really want a lasagne, LAYERS has got you covered.
An £18 set menu will be running in the lobby each Wednesday night, including either a classic lasagne (with dry-aged beef bolognese, bechamel and aged parmesan) or a veggie lasagne (with wilted winter greens, mushroom duxelles and bechamel) served with garlic bread and a green salad. And if you wanna make it a wine Wednesday as well as a lasagne Wednesday, there are some juicy Italian reds on offer by the glass.
