Ready to give reformer pilates a go?
Whether you’re a total novice or a reformer regular, you can be sure of a great workout at new pilates studio Hiraya Pilates. Located in the Leroy Building, close to Dalston Junction and Canonbury, the design-led studio is the perfect place to escape from the hustle of the city.
The space itself is calming, with an open layout, plenty of natural light and state-of-the-art reformer machines. The classes, led by experienced instructors, range from beginner-friendly right up to advanced sessions, so whether you’re trying the machine for the first time or are seeking a dynamic burn, there’s a workout here for you. There are also classes focused around slower mindful stretches, ideal for recovery days.
Community and connection is at the heart of Hiraya, so the studio is also building a monthly programme of events around wellness, mindfulness and nourishment.
