Discover the power of yoga, dance and live music at this new event from PLAY
Events collective PLAY, founded by India Bailey, is all about creating experiences that encourage a sense of discovery and wonder, and that bridge the gap between movement and the creative arts. Each event the collective puts on is in a different London location and has a specific theme but there’s always an emphasis on targeting each of the five senses.
To kick off 2024, PLAY is exploring the power of movement, with a yoga class leading into a free movement dance session and finishing with meditation, led by pro dancer and yoga teacher Lauren Jamieson. Meron T and a special guest DJ will be providing the soundtrack for your session, with the event ending with a chance to chat, connect and enjoy some refreshments.
