During the class, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the in-house dry ageing process, get the background info on the farm where the cattle comes from, and learn about the different cuts of meat and how to choose the best ones, leaving you with plenty of new skills and knowledge to use in the kitchen. After the session you’ll get to tuck into a three-course meal because all that learning is hungry work.

The offer is 25% off tickets for the Macellaio RC butchery class, making them £90 rather than £120. There are eight discounted tickets available for each class.
There are classes on Weds 26th October and Weds 30th November 2022, and classes can be booked up to 4 days before the given date. The class includes a three-course meal but excludes wine.
All bookings made and vouchers sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Butchery class vouchers are valid for the given date. If absence is notified within the 48h prior the booking, the reservation can be moved to further date according to availability.
Butchery classes are for those over the age of 18 only.
