The nine-course menu starts with a profiterole, and then you go through dishes of panna cotta (smoked salmon & lemongrass cream), cappuccino (katsu bisque & chicken broth foam), apple crumble (pork shoulder & lardo apples) and Welsh rarebit (sticky toffee fondue & crumpet) before ending with champagne & caviar – yes things certainly aren’t what they appear to be here so don’t let your eyes deceive you.
