A huge theatrical concert experience celebrating the music of George Michael is touring the country next year, including a stop at the Hammersmith Apollo, and it features long-standing members of George’s original band. Saxophone player David Baptiste, who performed with George Michael since his Wham! days, and drummer Carlos Hercules, who played the first show with George at Wembley Stadium, will be performing alongside Rob Lamberti, who featured on the BBC show Even Better Than The Real Thing, and the National Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. The concert will cover the whole of George’s career, from the Wham! classics to his solo hits like ‘Careless Whisper’ and ‘Faith’. If you’re a fan, you absolutely won’t want to miss it.
