garden of light installation

A Garden of Light full of daffodils is popping up in Paternoster Square this March to mark the start of Marie Curie’s Great Daffodil Appeal 2018. The garden will feature 4,000 handmade daffodils, one to represent each person the charity will support throughout March, that light up come evening. It’s an immersive installation with a stained-glass structure and pathways weaving in and out, audio stories from beneficiaries of Marie Curie care, and a memory wall where visitors can post messages. Given the amazing response this had last year, we expect to see plenty of daffs filling our social feeds.
