Instagram artist Reuben Dangoor has taken on some of art’s great masterpieces for new virtual exhibition Future Seascapes. Created in partnership with Lloyd’s Register, who are working towards a zero-carbon future for the maritime industry, Dangoor has created cleaner and greener versions of six famous seascape paintings – Monet’s Ships on the Seine at Rouen gets an update with a zero-carbon hydrofoil ship and you can spot an offshore windfarm in the new version of Van Gogh’s The Sea at Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. You can see the originals alongside the reinterpretations at the virtual gallery here.
