Dig
out those platforms and find yourself a white suit…Future Cinema is bringing Saturday Night Fever to life. The groundbreaking 1977 film is getting a new lease of life this summer at The Troxy on Commercial Road where a whole new generation will get to experience John Travolta throwing shapes on the big screen. The Troxy will be transformed into the 2001 Odyssey, the nightclub at the centre of the the movie’s plot, meaning you get to experience not only the movie, but also feel part of the action too. The retro-vintage club promises a glitzy and gritty Brooklyn atmosphere, complete with mirror balls, disco DJs, dance offs and actors bringing scenes to life. ONE PORK CHOP!
Tickets are on sale now, with shows coming up on 15th, 16th, 20th, 21st & 23rd June along with 3rd, 4th & 7th July. Tickets are £20-£25 and available here.
