A new Spanish bodega is set to open in Dalston next month. Furanxo will focus on charcuterie, cheese, and jamon and that all important vino, as well as having  a downstairs area that will play host to various workshops. Owned by Manuel de los Santos of Santos & Santos, and Xabier Alvarez, chef and co-owner of Newington Green restaurant, Trangállan, we can only expect big things from this one…
