FROM OHM TO NOM WITH BOMBAY BUSTLE

If your Saturdays involve a toss-up between working out and going for brunch, you can now do both with Bombay Bustle. The restaurant is hosting yoga brunches every Saturday, featuring a yoga class at The Ady Centre followed by a three course brunch.

The hour-long yoga session is taught by DeRose method gurus, and covers both physical and respiratory techniques to help improve your fitness. The classes is for all levels of experience so don’t be put off if this is your first class ever or you or an avid yogi, you will learn something new. Then after a short walk to Bombay Bustle, you feast on a warm lentil salad; a choice of tandoor spiced halloumi with brown rice khichadi, tawa macchli seabass with sugarsnap thoran or grilled tofu with beetroot stew; and a lemon and mint sorbet to finish. You’ll leave feeling like you have truly found your zen.

And if you want to skip the ohm part and go straight to the nom, you can enjoy the yoga brunch menu without the yoga class too. To book the experience at £28 per person, get your tickets here.
