It’s almost London Marathon time, when thousands of you will take to the streets on Sunday 27th April for a beastly 26.2 mile run from Blackheath to the Mall
Whether you’re doing it for charity or for the glory, there’ll be plenty of rewards waiting for you at the finish line, like free pints and free pizzas. There’s no amount of free food or drink that would persuade us to run it but you defo deserve to stuff you face afterwards, so show off your medal and claim your goodies. And if you’re not lacing up your trainers to race this weekend but you wanna take on the challenge next year, here are all the details of the 2026 ballot.
TfL – all runners can take advantage of free travel on the Underground, Overground, DLR and buses until 6.30pm on race day. Just show your medal or your runners number to go free.
Vinegar Yard – head to the venue right by London Bridge station and score a free pint by flashing your medal. If you’re hungry, which you no doubt will be, there’s street food on offer from Japanese Chicken Shop, Bad Boy Pizza Society, and Nanny Bills.
atis – the salad bar has teamed up with Daisy Reed to launch the new Blackened Chicken Taco plate (made with chicken, wholegrain rice, spinach, cashew kale greens and jalapeno dressing). Head to atis Covent Garden and Regent Street with your medal on race day to claim a free plate. And if you can’t make it down then, you can bag 30% off between 28th April – 4th May.
Santa Maria – bag a free margherita pizza from Santa Maria from 27th – 29th April. Dine in at the branch of your choice, show your meal and tuck in.


Fowl – present your medal and get a free margarita when you dine in at the chicken restaurant after the marathon.
Cutter & Squidge – take your medal to the Soho branch of Cutter & Squidge after the Marathon and bag yourself a free brownie and a free coffee.
MEATliquor – celebrate your 26.2 miles by tucking into a free burger from MEATliquor. Claim the burger of your choice by presenting your medal when dining in at any MEATliquor restaurant or new sports bar BLOODsports.
Kricket – swing by any of Kricket’s locations, order a meal, show your medal and receive a free drink.
Lush – head to the Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Paddington Station, Waterloo Station or Victoria Station branches of Lush between 27th – 30th April, and bag a free solid massage oil bar and a free epsom salt bath bomb. Present your medal, claim your goodies and start your recovery.
