MOB Kitchen, the platform that creates budget recipes that people actually want to cook, is taking to the streets with the MOB Truck. Popping up in Covent Garden Piazza for one day only, the truck will be giving out FREE zero-waste veggie lunches to everyone who either brings their own tupperware or donates a meal to a hungry child using the World Food Programme’s ShareTheMeal app.
Not only will the dishes be made from ingredients that would usually go to waste, any leftover food on the day will be redistributed by the City Harvest charity. Get down there early to bag your free meal and don’t forget your tupperware!
