summer Speedo is on a mission to get you lot back into swimming, so they’re offering 10,000 FREE hour-long Dive In swim sessions at pools across the country, including London Fields Lido, Charlton Lido, Greenwich Centre and Mile End Park Leisure Centre. Although many of us realise that swimming is a great full body workout, only a third of swimmers surveyed in London were able to swim front crawl for more than 100m. To fix this, Speedo has teamed up with ex-pro swimmers James Goddard, Ian Hulme and Harry Needs, and sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher, for sessions designed to help us maximise our potential in the pool and achieve that perfect front crawl.
