Easy will open a Covent Garden restaurant in February 2014, and to celebrate they will be hosting ice sculpting with oyster and crab tasting in Covent Garden Piazza for one day only.
A 7ft lobster will be sculpted over the course of the day, and will be complete by around 5pm. The Oyster Boys will be on hand to serve up complimentary fresh oysters and crab claws at lunchtime and in the early evening….Makes sense!
