Huge Italian food hall Eataly has just opened in London, with its Pasta e Pizza restaurant and grocery selection also going live on Deliveroo, so to celebrate the two have teamed up to launch a limited edition House of Mozzarella menu. Eataly has its own Caseificio where fresh Italian cheeses like mozzarella, burrata, and ricotta are made every day, and this spesh menu includes dishes such as caprese with fior di latte mozzarella, tomatoes & basil cress; burrata with preserved artichokes & lemon; and baked ricotta with vegetable caponata, pine nuts & raisins.
And that’s not all because you can actually have an Eataly chef drive round to yours in a vintage Piaggio Ape van, prepare and serve you the cheesy creations FOR FREE – you just gotta get your name in the draw here and keep your fingers crossed.
