Halo Burger, which was the world’s first dedicated vegan bleeding burger spot when it opened in POP Brixton in 2018, is opening a second site in Shoreditch this month. The new branch will use Beyond Meat’s latest 4.0 patty for its Halo Burger (two patties, caramelised onion, American cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickle and house-made sauce) and Smoky Carolina BBQ (quarter-pound patty, smoked Gouda-style cheese, battered onions, BBQ sauce and mayo) as well as a hot dog made with the Beyond Meat sausage, THIS Isn’t Chicken nugs, and loaded fries.
To celebrate the new opening, Halo Burger is giving out 100 FREE burgers, but it’s first-come, first-served so get down there early if you want those vegan buns.
