After successful stints at KERB and at Haunt in Stokey, Biff’s Jack Shack is opening up Boxpark and just in time for World Vegan Day. Old Biff’s faves like the Father Jack and Samuel Hell Jackson burgers and crispy jackfruit wings topped with sticky BBQ, miso mayo, cinnamon sweet chilli, and blue cheeze sauces will be present and correct, as well as new creations like the Jack Bauer Tower of Power (a double jackfruit patty, deep fried vegan cheese, potato rosti, bacun jam and vegan aioli).
The Shack will also be serving up London’s first vegan poutine (fries topped with vegan cheese curds, porcini mushroom, seitan bacon and gravy), crispy cornbread hush puppies and gooey chocolate mug cake bars. Get down to Biff’s during opening week, starting on Monday 29 October as 20 FREE burgers will be given away each day.
