move so fast in fashion that in the words of all-knowing supermodel oracle, Heidi Klum ‘one day you’re in and the next, you are out.’ So sticking around for 60 years is no mean feat, but that is exactly what sporting-turned-street brand Fred Perry have managed to do. And with style.

To celebrate, their signature polo shirt has been given a revamp by a range of personalities from the worlds of design, art, pop culture and sport. 60 celebs including Bradley Wiggins, Damon Albarn and Karen Walker were sent a reproduction of the original 1952 Fred Perry shirt and asked to customise it with fascinating results. They were then auctioned off, with all proceeds going to the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

Check out the incredible designs here but be warned, we are not endorsing the sewing of yellow tulle on your own polo shirts.
