its less-than-glamorous location on top of a multi-story car park in Peckham, Frank’s Café and Campari bar is easily one of the finest rooftop venues in the city and definitely the best in South London. Now open for its fifth summer, Frank’s will be serving up small plates such as ox heart kebabs and barbecued plantain and a solid selection of reasonably priced cocktails (negronis for a fiver!) until the end of September. Throw in some lovely views of the London skyline in the hazy distance and you’ve got yourself a fine night out.

Frank’s also hosts the annual Bold Tendencies exhibition showcasing new sculpture works specially commissioned for the site, meaning you can get all cultural without even having to put your drink down.

Art, food, booze and a bloody nice view: if you asked for any more you’d be plain greedy.

Frank’s Café runs until the end of September, Thurs-Sun each week from 11am- 10pm. Be prepared to queue people this place is popular!
