After kicking off with Cantina Valentina, natty wine bar Rondo La Cave is ready to announce its new kitchen resident and it’s all about the pizza pie. Four Corners will champion Detroit-style square pizza with international pizza expert Anthony Falco behind the menu – he’s worked all over the world and spent years developing pan-style pizzas for his cookbook Pizza Czar so it’s safe to say he knows his stuff when it comes to crust.

The Four Corners menu will feature pizzas like the Red Top (cheddar, mozzarella, Sicilian oregano, pecorino & tomato), the Vodka Meatball (cheddar, mozzarella, vodka sauce, meatballs, basil oil, parmesan & pecorino), the Beef & Onions (smoked entrecote, mozzarella, roasted red onions, white onions, sumac, paprika & pomegranate molasses) and the Pistachio Pesto & Mortadella (pistachio pesto, mozzarella, mortadella, pistachio & parmesan), with Italian chopped salad and Grandma’s meatballs on the side. And of course, Rondo La Cave will be pouring low-intervention and natural vino form the best local and indie suppliers. Yeah you want a pizz’a that action.
