rooftop pop-up leaders over at Forza Win have announced a 30-date collaboration with The Ginger Pig named CUTS. This time they have descended from the roof into a disused pickle factory in East London.

Each night guests will sit down to four courses; lamb, pork and beef, ending with an English take on a classic Italian pudding. Expect unusual but tasty cuts of juicy meat.

The menu leans towards gutsy Italian classics, big flavours, generous portions and simple execution. There’s a selection of Italianate cocktails, wine and beer will be available ensure that no one goes thirsty. Supper will be served on a communal table, family style, and cooked on a wood fired grill.
