fortnum & mason x wagyumafia

If you’re a fan of Japanese food and Wagyu beef in particular, then this will be right up your street. For one night only, the world-renowned WAGYUMAFIA (aka the Masters of Wagyu, founded by Hisato Hamada and Takafumi Horie) are flying in from Japan to host a beef feast at The Gallery restaurant in Fortnum & Mason. Dishes will include homemade Kobe beef jerky, the infamous WAGYUMAFIA chateaubriand cutlet Shabusando sandwich, Kobe beef gyoza with Wagyusco, Wagyunese (that’s a Wagyu Bolognese) and aged Wagyu grill. YUM. This is a rare chance to try WAGYUMAFIA food in London, so you’d better snap up those tickets if you want a piece of that beef.
