Fancied yourself as a bit of a forager? Well now you can give it a go as vegan pub The Spread Eagle is teaming up with their long-time supplier George Fredenham, aka Flavour Fred, to host a series of winter foraging walks. Fred will lead you on a two-hour trip around Hackney Marshes, where you’ll hunt for seasonal treats whilst sampling foraged nibbles and warming bevvies on the way, before more foraged cocktails and canapes back at the pub. It’s £60 for the walk, including all nibbles and drinks, and you can book here – and remember to wrap up warm!
