A Japanese–Indian crossover is coming this April as Flesh & Buns and Pahli Hill are teaming up for a two-night guest chef collab series. Flesh & Buns executive group chef Tom Moxon and Pahli Hill’s head chef, Avinash Shashidhara (who you may have seen on the BBC’s Great British Menu) will be creating a spesh menu for the occasion, featuring dishes like dosa okonomiyaki, chicken tikka yakitori with chaat masala, yellowtail ceviche chaat, veal shin ossobuco with garlic butter buns, lamb biryani hot stone, sticky jaggery & guntur chilli smoked pork rib, and cardamom custard taiyaki.
The collab menu will be available first at Pahli Hill in Fitzrovia on 13th April, and then at the Oxford Circus branch of Flesh & Buns on 14th April, so don’t miss out.
