FLAT IRON OPENS IN LONDON BRIDGE

There’s some serious beef going down in London Bridge as a brand new Flat Iron has opened on Clink Street. The 90-cover space blends some of the building’s Victorian features, like cast iron columns and reclaimed blue quarry tiles, with light walls, oak tables and tan leather banquettes to create a warm and buzzy dining room.

Obvs the signature flat iron steak is the star of the menu, alongside sides like creamed spinach, beef dripping chips, bone marrow mash, and roast aubergine with tomato & basil. There’s also an ex-dairy short rib chilli cheeseburger, made using beef from ex-dairy cows from a farm in Northumberland, on as an exclusive special at Clink Street for the month of September so get down there pronto if you think you can handle the heat.
